The Tribunal found as facts that: 25.1 The claimant knew the facts giving rise to the claim well before the expiry of the primary time limit. 25.2 The claimant knew that a claim could and should be brought and took active steps towards doing so, including contacting Acas. 25.3 The claimant was provided with written information by Acas which included the relevant deadline.
