I set out each claim separately and clearly and the length of my submission reflects clarity not new facts. It doesn’t matter now but the ET1 we got is not the one I sent I say I ticked every box. All I can say is I wasn’t represented. I did not understand the legal terminology but I described the facts as best as I could at the time. I used the words ‘bullying and harassment’. I used those words throughout my time [with the respondents] to describe the discrimination that was happening to me.
