The Claimant’s suspension 65. On 6th December 2021 the Claimant was suspended by the Respondent. We accept that she was not at work that day as paperwork completed by the Respondent suggested and that she had in fact telephoned the Respondent earlier that day to report that she would be absent because of what she suspected was Covid-19. There was also a suggestion in the suspension letter that the Claimant had been suspended during a Teams meeting.
