69. He was satisfied with the evidence given by Mr Piggott in his witness statement at page 222. This was corroborated by the supervision notes that said that the Claimant had apologised to Ms Kathryn Hurst (Ms Hurst) on 12 August 2022 for using it, as can be seen at page 218. 70.
