16. The Respondent says that it suspended the Claimant on 11 September 2025 following confirmation of cannabis use. It says that this is in accordance with its policy [11]. 17. The Respondent says that it dismissed the Claimant on 30 December 2025 due to the failed drug test where the Claimant tested positive for cannabis use and a breach of the Alcohol and Drugs policy [14-16].
