Section 230(3) of the Act defines a worker as a person who has entered into or worked under (1) a contract of employment; or (2) a contract where the individual undertakes to do or perform personally any work or services for another person who is a party to the contract and whose status is not by virtue of the contract a client or customer of any profession or business undertaking carried on by the individual.
